We are now hiring a motivated and hands-on Assistant

to support our equipment rental workflow, studio operations

and occasional on-set assistance.

We are a fast-growing photo & video studio and professional equipment rental house based in Lisbon (Benfica). We work with production companies, agencies, photographers, filmmakers, creators and brands. Our team values responsibility, precision, creativity and a high-quality service approach.

Requirements

Must have:

  • High interest in the technical side of filmmaking and photography
  • Basic knowledge of cameras, lights, stands, grip equipment
  • Experience on photo/video sets or studio work (preferred)
  • Driver’s license (category B or more)
  • Fluent English and Portuguese (spoken & written)
  • Responsibility, punctuality and strong work ethic
  • Structured and organized working habits
  • Fast learner, able to absorb new information
  • Team player with good communication skills
  • Friendly, proactive and not afraid to approach people
  • Physically able to carry equipment (cases, stands, sandbags)

Nice to have:

  • Experience with Aputure, Nanlite, Sony, Canon, Blackmagic systems
  • Basic repair/electrical/mechanical skills
  • Prior experience in a rental house or studio

Responsibilities

Equipment Rental

  • Organize and coordinate the daily rental workflow

  • Prepare equipment for pick-ups

  • Check and test equipment upon return

  • Ensure gear cleanliness, functionality and proper condition

  • Perform basic repairs (cables, clamps, accessories)

  • Charge and manage batteries, organize accessories

Client Support

  • Advise clients on gear selection
  • Provide technical guidance when necessary
  • Communicate regarding pick-ups and returns
  • Solve unexpected problems creatively and calmly

Logistics

  • Transport equipment if required
  • Help loading/unloading equipment
  • Ensure safe and complete delivery of all items
