The simplest method for reserving equipment is browsing our website and adding the items to your cart. Select the desired booking dates, and check out. After completing the checkout process, our rental technicians will contact you to confirm your reservation.
It’s possible to make a reservation for equipment by phone or email. To do so, please provide us with your company name, personal name, equipment name, number of units, intended use date, and contact details. comuna.rental@gmail.com ?911844361
After listing the equipment with you, we will send you a quote by email. After receiving the quote, please confirm your booking.
Equipment rental
It is possible to pick up and return equipment at any time by prior agreement – just contact us before meeting to arrange time.
For your first rental, you will be asked to bring ID card or passport and proof of address of the person who comes to collect the equipment. Next times an ID or passport can be asked.
When picking-up the equipment before use, be sure to check it by yourself (for malfunctions or missing accessories). After checking the equipment, you will be asked to sign a rental contract.
Payment method: online payment or cash.
Equipment return
If the equipment is returned late, an extension fee will be charged. It’ll be counted as an extra 24h
Please take care of the equipment you rent.
Please contact us immediately if an accident occurs during rental (theft, loss, damage, malfunction, missing parts, etc.) .
After the equipment is returned, our staff will proceed to a technical check and will contact you within the next business day if a problem appears (damage, missing part, etc.).
Delivery service
Delivery fee inside Lisbon city area is €50 each trip.
Delivery fee outside Lisbon city area will be counted individually.
The customer is accountable for testing and confirming the equipment’s condition upon rental. Comuna rental house cannot be responsible for configurations that have not been previously tested in our facilities.
Customers are responsible for all damages happened during the rental period and will bear the full amount of the damage.
If you want to use your insurance for damage, please contact us. In that case, we will provide you with the documents you need.
Comuna owns the equipment it leases and does not allow it to be rented to third parties.
Cancellations on the day before the pickup will be charged 50% of the total rental fee, and cancellations on the pick up day will be charged 100%.
