Booking Your Equipment

The easiest way to reserve equipment is through our website.
Simply browse the catalog, add the desired items to your cart, select your booking dates, and proceed to checkout.
Once your order is placed, our rental team will contact you to confirm your reservation.

You can also make a booking by phone or email.
Please provide the following details:

  • Company name

  • Your full name

  • Equipment name(s) and quantity

  • Rental dates

  • Contact information

After listing the equipment with you, we will send a quote by email.
Please confirm your booking after receiving the quote.


Equipment Rental

Equipment can be picked up or returned at any time by prior agreement.
Please contact us in advance to schedule the time.

For your first rental, you will need to bring:

  • An ID card or passport

  • Proof of address of the person collecting the equipment

For future rentals, only an ID or passport may be required.

Before leaving with the equipment, please check it carefully for any malfunctions or missing accessories.
Once verified, you will be asked to sign a rental contract.

Payment methods: online payment or cash.


Equipment Return

  • If the equipment is returned late, an extension fee will apply (charged as an extra 24 hours).

  • Please take good care of the equipment during the rental period.

  • In case of any incident (theft, loss, damage, malfunction, missing parts, etc.), please contact us immediately.

  • After the return, our staff will perform a technical check and contact you within the next business day if any issues are found (damage, missing items, etc.).


Delivery Service

  • Inside Lisbon city area: €50 per trip

  • Outside Lisbon: price calculated individually

Important Notes

  • Customers are responsible for testing and confirming the equipment’s condition before use.
    Comuna Rental House cannot be held liable for untested configurations.

  • Customers are responsible for any damages occurring during the rental period and must cover the full repair or replacement cost.

  • If you wish to use your own insurance, please contact us — we’ll provide the necessary documentation.

  • All rented equipment is the property of Comuna and may not be sub-rented to third parties.

  • Cancellations:

    • Day before pickup — 50% of total rental fee

    • Same-day cancellations — 100% of total rental fee
